Lucy writes picture books, early chapter books and middle-grade fiction for children who love adventure, animals and a little bit of magic.

Lucy’s stories won the inaugural Books That Help picture book mentorship with Clare Helen Welsh and Little Tiger Press, and the Write Mentor Chapter Book Award. Her stories have listed in competitions including the DFB Search for a Storyteller competition and the Searchlight Awards.

Lucy’s debut book, an illustrated chapter book for 5–8 year-olds, is due for publication in June 2027. More details coming soon!
